The Valmar Chef Cream TTi is a cream cooker with a difference. Designed to cook, stir and chill it takes the hard work out of food preparation. Any heating or cooling procedure needs its own specific stirring modality. Thanks to the innovative inverter, the Chef Cream is perfectly suited to any required procedure as it works at up to 8 different speed levels
