Until now, the labour intensive and costly production of pre-packed small tubs may have limited your sales but the Variofill pot filler may open the way for potential business opportunities. Manufactured by batch ice cream equipment suppliers Telme spa., this pot filler is designed to work with your artisan recipe and can even dispense ice cream at -10C.

Complements your existing batch equipment

Ice cream is made in the batch freezer in the normal way. No need to alter your existing recipe or the consistency of the product. It is extracted straight into the Variofill cylinder which can hold up to 14L of finished ice cream. Marble sauces and inclusions can be added to the ice cream at this point as the machine is capable of dispensing inclusions up to 10mm max. Additions to the ice cream are dispensed evenly throughout each pot. Compressed air pushes the ice cream out of the cylinder and through the dispensing head. The dose can be controlled by hand or by the foot pump which is included with the unit. The dose can be programmed by time or set to continuous but you can also retain complete control by using the manual setting.

Minimal waste

At the end of the cycle hot water rinses out the dispensing head plate to leave minimal residue. Priming creates little waste and the cylinder is completely empty once all ice cream is dispensed.
