Corema Thermogel and Multigel combination machines have 3 – 10 litre batch capacities. They are suitable for any semi-liquid food product including jams, chutneys, cream sauces and soups as well as ice cream. Multigel batch freezers feature two compartments that can heat and cool independently, significantly speeding up the production process over the Thermogel single barrel machine.
