Corema Profigel and Eurogel Batch Freezer
The Profigel range of vertical batch freezers is ideal for the small to medium ice cream manufacturer because the equipment is simple to use and just as importantly, easy to clean out. Ice cream production is controlled by temperature or time with an alarm to let you know when the machine is ready. A large opening in the top of the machine leaves you feeling in control and makes recycling your ice cream easy. Inclusions can be added directly into the barrel prior to extraction making ice cream freezing quicker and easier. Available from 35kg to 80kg per hour capacities.
Eurogel vertical batch freezers are ideal for the larger ice cream producer. This range of freezers has been designed to ensure they are energy and water efficient especially when they are not being used to full capacity. Additional features include:
