Eos and Fluor Display Cabinets

Eos cabinets have a revolutionary fibre optic lighting system that displays food to its best advantage. They’re sleek and stylish and constructed from aluminium and steel for a contemporary, modern feel.

Fluor cabinets offer first class design and innovation at a lower cost. They are based on the same design and specifications as Eos cabinets but feature low heat-emitting fluorescent tubes instead of the fibre optic lighting system

The cabinets are all available in two heights (1310mm and 1475mm) so it’s a flexible and adaptable range.

Ice cream display cabinets

• Stratified safety glass prevents condensation build up
• Modular design for a personalised set-up
• Revolutionary lighting eliminates unwanted heat, reduces running costs and increases display space
• 1145mm, 1480mm, 1815mm, 2150mm length options
• 12, 16, 20 and 24 pan options (pan size 360 x 165 x 120 mm)
• 4 straight units
• 2 angular curved units with open and closed corners at 30º

Pastry display cabinets

• Ventilated refrigerated display to ensure a constant, even temperature throughout
• Modular design for a personalised set-up
• Hot food cabinets available with dry, humid or bain-marie heating systems
• 1145mm, 1480mm, 1815mm, 2150mm length options
• 4 fan-cooled straight units with or without extractable large drawer
• 2 angular curved units with open and closed corners at 30º

Cabinets are also available for bread, chocolates and hot food (bain-marie or dry heat)
